THE STRENGTH ARCANA

You are putting all your strength into moving forward.

And this Arcana tells you that you will not allow yourself to be dragged into situations you do not want.

And even less into deciding something you do not truly want.

Be careful and stay away from those who want to manipulate you.

You will not allow events to drag you away.

You will put all your effort into not letting yourself be defeated. But this card does not refer to brute strength,

because none of the Major Arcana of Tarot refers exactly to the physical body.

On the contrary, unlike the Minor Arcana, these are cards of ideas, feelings, and beliefs.

And strength is not always measured by how much weight we can lift

or how fast we can run.

The Strength this Arcana speaks of is strength of character.

And with that, it also points to your ability, not only to learn to control your emotions,

but to rise above them.

And this is the Arcana that indicates that you are at the moment of taking the reins in situations.

In love, be careful not to let yourself be overcome by the force of others.

Whether it comes from your partner,

or from people connected to that person.

Whoever it may be.

In any case, you will overcome it.

And the same is marked for the person who is by your side.

You will both have courage, but also much patience. And there will be compassion and love in order to understand one another.

You will be able to control little outbursts without a feeling of suffering.

The inner impulse, the irritation within each of you, will be controlled.

This power is born from the soul, and that is why there will be no resistance nor any feeling of defeat.

The qualities of Strength are already within you,

waiting to exert their influence, because you have already learned

(or are about to learn) to master all your basic emotions.

And the situation is ready, and you are ready to move forward with the spiritual tasks that lie ahead of you.

Its main lesson is that emotions must be transcended

if spiritual wisdom and intuition are to awaken.

Intuition is often whispering to us,

but we usually drown it out with our emotions, fears, and everything else...

But when we remove these emotions,

within that silence inside ourselves, we will be able to hear it, for our own good.

This Arcana simply refers to our higher will silencing lower desires.

Enlightenment arrives only when we are at the right moment. And you are in that moment.

And then you will triumph over your lower impulses.

This card is the one that follows the Arcana of the Wheel of Fortune.

It means that once the changes have happened and arrived,

you will use the best of your strength and control the negative side of it.
