The Tarot of the Stars was born because I remembered how, when I was little,
I used to look up at the sky—back when you could still see millions of stars—
and I would imagine it was a huge magical box where every dream and fantasy could fit,
and the stars would answer us by making them come true.
As I watched the stars, I felt anything was possible. I believed their mystery
could fulfill our wishes.
So in 1997 I created my very first reading with stars (“Tarot of the Stars Alone”)
coming toward us, with one of my most beloved concert pieces as the background:
Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 2.
Sergei Rachmaninoff wrote this concerto after undergoing treatment with a psychiatrist,
using mental conditioning. He turned to him because he couldn’t find inspiration to compose
and feared he would never be able to write another musical work.
